2. Products
All Artemida Botanicals products are handcrafted in small batches using natural botanical ingredients. Products are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
We ship within Ireland and internationally. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at hello@artemidabotanicals.com clearly stating your decision to withdraw.
Due to hygiene reasons, this right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used skincare products, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@artemidabotanicals.com with photographic evidence.

6. Allergies and Skin Sensitivity
Full ingredient lists (INCI) are provided for all products. It is your responsibility to check ingredients for known allergens. Artemida Botanicals accepts no liability for reactions resulting from failure to read the ingredient list.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logo, and brand name is the property of Artemida Botanicals and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Artemida Botanicals shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the original purchase, except where such loss arises from our negligence resulting in death or personal injury, or from fraud.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the statutory rights of consumers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence, in accordance with EU Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will not affect orders placed before the update.
