2. Products
All Artemida Botanicals products are handcrafted in small batches using natural botanical ingredients. Products are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
We ship within Ireland and internationally. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns of opened items. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@artemidabotanicals.com with photographic evidence.
