At Artemida Botanicals we take great pride in the quality of every product we handcraft. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@artemidabotanicals.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive exemptions for sealed goods which are not suitable for return after opening.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@artemidabotanicals.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: opened skincare products, gift cards, items purchased on sale or at a discount.
